By purchasing an article or articles (henceforth called material(s)) on this website you signify that you have thoroughly read these Terms of Sale, understood them and affirm that you agree with these Terms of Sale.

          All payments are processed by PayPal. We have no access to any sensitive data related to your chosen payment methods. Once the payment is made, our systems are notified by PayPal and send the purchased material(s) to the e-mail address you specified as soon as the fact of payment is confirmed by PayPal. This process is usually nearly instant but can take up to several minutes in rare cases. If you do not receive your purchased product within an hour, please contact us directly through the form on the website or via email, and we will resolve the problem to the best of our abilities. If the funds were received but our systems did not receive a notification from the payment system because of technical problems on either side, we will manually send you the purchased material(s) to the email address you specified at the time of purchase.

          The purchased material(s) will be sent to you in two languages in the form of PDF files: the Russian original and the English translation.

          All sales are final and can not be refunded.

          You may request us to send you an additional copy of the purchased material(s) in case the original was lost or deleted. The purchased material(s) will be sent to the email address you specified at the time of purchase.

          You may not replicate, send, share, publish, sell or make public the purchased material(s) or its copies in any form. The purchased material(s) is/are for your personal non-commercial use only. If you wish to use these materials for commercial purposes, please contact the author to acquire non-exclusive rights to use the product(s) for commercial purposes.
